Within3, the leader in virtual engagement for life science companies, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to join our marketing team. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, the primary objective of this role is drive growth and retention through digital marketing of Within3 and its brand around the world.
Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will fuel our growth strategy by playing a critical role in generating demand for the Within3 platform and building our sales pipeline with qualified business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong history of building and executing demand generation strategies and will have a data-driven approach to measure, optimize and scale all campaigns. Our ideal candidate has a proven knack for creating full-funnel marketing plans – from first touch to every nurture point along the way.
As Marketing Manager, Demand Generation you will:
Develop and implement digital lead generation strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy
Work closely with different marketing functions to make sure digital outreach supports all necessary elements
Create, implement and track targeted nurture campaigns using Active Campaign
Work closely with the marketing team to align social campaigns with larger goals and programs
Manage and plan all virtual meetings, events & tradeshows
Create and maintain a social media calendar scheduling and gaining approval on content in advance
Develop and maintain a monthly analytics report to track how social channels, posts and paid campaigns are working
Have a deep understanding of the algorithms of different platforms and how to leverage those algorithms to growth the Within3 brand
Other duties as required
Because you have:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, creating and implementing lead generation campaigns
An in-depth understanding of social media algorithms and how to leverage those algorithms to grow the Within3 brand
Experience developing customer messaging and translating data into compelling stories
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive measurable results
Experience managing a marketing automation system, preferably Active Campaign
Experience with marketing internationally, preferred
