It’s been said that the healthcare industry can do a better job understanding the patient journey. It’s, of course, a challenge to build a “patient journey” if there is a lack of sufficient patient perspective. Using real-world experiences will help better understand the patient’s viewpoint, allowing for better involvement, and, ultimately, building trust with the consumer.
